Pizza ‘Customer Service’ delivery
Friday is generally known as pizza day at the Belgian office of InSites Consulting. Just an hour before lunch a volunteer is usually found willing to take care of the logistics. Orders are collected through email and we give a ring to Tania & Maurizio, the owners of La Collina, our favorite pizza place in Ghent, to place the order.
Last friday however, things went slightly different than we're used to.

Usually Tania answers the phone and takes the orders, but last Friday it was Maurizio, the Chef of La Collina, who took care of it. First he took our order, but at the end of the call, we were informed that La Collina was actually closed, since Tania had become suddenly ill.
Nevertheless, we were immediately reassured that everything would be taken care of as every Friday, that the driver shouldn’t mind the closed curtains and could drop in at the usual time for the pickup.

That’s the type of service that reassures us that we became a fan of the right pizzeria with the right attitude in terms of customer service. We hope Tania will be up & running soon again, and in the meanwhile, buon appetito!
