Stop looking for ‘the guy who did it’
This is episode 5 of my Consumer 2020 show. When a mistake occurs, I recommend companies to help clients as much as possible. Not only if the company made the mistake, but also when the client made a mistake. It sounds eay, but most companies invest a lot of negative energy in finding ‘the guy who did it’.
