Stop the paradox
The business world is suffering from a paradox syndrome. These are a few of my findings:
- Companies think word-of-mouth is important, but they don’t manage it
- Every customer is important, but giving them good service is seen as a cost
- Every client is important, but 1000 clients on Facebook are not relevant
And the summary of all these bullets is pretty hard: companies say they care about their clients, but they don’t! In this presentation, you can read some of my thoughts on this:
