I especially like the way they’ve devided your potential audience into three clusters: suspects, prospects and leads. I also can only adhere to the 2 golden rules on slide 32. Don’t interrupt the conversation with wrong stage content and No Master Calendar = Chaos. In my daily work, looking back and forward, I used this rules everyday and I will continue to do so 😉
